Cooking Classes at my House!
Hello, all. I thought you'd be interested to see how I've expanded my food adventures to include cooking classes in my fabulously remodeled kitchen. I designed it to include the curved counter you see surrounding the stove, the perfect setting for a cooking class with cool people, just a select few.
Here's what we're making: Cheese souffle, Swiss Chard with Goat cheese, Walnuts and Brandy, and lots of other fabulous dishes.
