Lots of time has passed since I've done jack squat on this blog, hasn't it? I'm way too busy with my website and eblast activities to say much, but here's a photo of my latest food experiment, to give you something to look at! It's an apple cake, from the cookbook by Dorie Greenspan called "Around my French Table", and it's just brilliant. I love the way the apples make a craggy top, just a little glossed by all the rich ingredients. Enjoy!
